100 Resilient Cities, a project of the Rockefeller Foundation, will hold its 2017 Urban Resilience Summit in New York City from July 25 - 28. Lawrence Vale will join 500 leaders in the urban resilience field in sessions to share best practices and solutions in tackling 21st century resilience challenges.  Vale will join in on "Living Lab: Affordable Housing and Resilience" walking tours of the Rockaways, Queens, and Brownsville, Brooklyn — sessions coordinated by RCHI-alum Smita Rawwoot — and preview RCHI's recent work on Cartagena, Colombia.
